question about application fees

Hi guys, this is probably a dumb question, but I have received emails from several schools that I applied to to submit supplementals and the application fee. However, I haven't heard back from 3 other schools that I applied to.
Do I wait for them to email me to submit the application fee?
the schools are the University of Michigan, Nova, and Lake Erie

a little research would solve 99% of the questions asked on here.
1. go to the schools website
2.go to your adea aadsas application > dental school designations > supplementary information. read.
