hello all...a few people had mentioned to me that if you have worked closely with various anesthesiologists during your 3rd/4th yr of med school, and made a good impression and they know anesthesia prgram directors at other schools you can ask them to make a phone call on your behalf (can possibly help you get an interview??). is this ok to do? if so, when should you ask them to make the call? After applications go out? thanks
