Hi all MS4 here applying for Psych for this upcoming match. I unfortunately wasn't able to do audition rotations with the Program Director as my attending/supervising physician. The only availabilities with the PD opened and closed at random times and I didn't get the chance to take those. I was only able to do audition rotations, 3 at my home program with other psychiatrists. All other programs that I wanted to do auditions were unavailable to me due to COVID and having availabilities at my school.
Anyway, is it that big of an issue I didn't get to do auditions with a PD so that they would know more about me and give me a better chance to match?
Also I understand we can submit 4 LOR per program, should it be 2 psych and 2 nonpsych letters? Thanks.
