Question about best Electronic Billing/mgmt software for a priv OB/GYN office?

I have a quick question -- is there a particularly well known or widely used electronic OB/GYN billing or management software for a private OB/GYN office? i'm asking because i am going to ob/gyn and was asked this question by a physician who is looking for a new software. he's tried several which have all been a pain / not efficient to use. thanks for all your help in advance!
