Hi,
I am an international dentist planning to take nbde part1 on november and aiming for Boston U.
On the admission page it says:
Applicants are required to complete the National Board Dental Examination Part I. Because Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine has a rolling admissions cycle, it is in the applicant’s best interest to take the examination series offered in July before the year of intended enrollment.

I am confused by this date, can anyone tell me the disadvantage of taking the exam on november?
thanks.

The disadvantage is this....since the application procedure and interviews for this school starts well before you even take the examination there will be already many seats filled up before your application comes in for consideration....so in that case you will face stiffer competition for less number of seats available. I hope i answered ur question.
