people say i got this score on nbme 4 and that score on nbme 5. are they talking about "comprehensive basic science (form 4)" and "comprehensive basic science (form 5)" from the nbme self assessment services website?

yep, with form 7 being the most recent ...and tough I hear.
6 or 7 are best to gauge yrself according to latest test standards.
on this note, I wonder which form my school sponsored NBME Comprehensive exam was? Does anybody have any answers?

your school prob gave you the CBSE, a different form, it's not one of the CBSSA, same material though.
