As I was looking through the candidate test booklet, I noticed that 22% of the quantitative section is composed of Calculus. I haven't taken Calculus since freshman year, but I was wondering how in-depth should i study? I'm pretty sure derivatives and integrals will be on it, but should I study local max and min, l'hopitals rule, partial fractions, etc?

Yes you should study those. From what I recall, the greater majority was derivatives and integrals though.
