1 year of internship + 4 years of radiology residency. Above average Step 1 is pretty important too as many programs have number screens to get in the door.

Is that right out of med school? Or DO I have to do internal medicine residency then 1 yr intership and 4 yrs of radiology residency?

That's right out of med school. MD + 5 years. No IM residency.
