Question about doing the full-length AAMCs.

So the length of the MCAT exam has gotten shorter but the AAMC full-length sections are still as long as the MCAT was before 2007. Have you guys been doing all of the questions on all of the AAMC full-lengths to get extra practice and build up extra endurance or do you stop, for example, around question 40 on the verbal section since that's the length of the real thing? I have been doing the AAMC exams completely, but I was just curious if any of you do/did otherwise.
