question about downstate application

I have a question about downstate secondaries. It asks for which classes I will use to satisfy my requirements. It has 2 spaces for 'biology w lab'.

I took a 200 level with lab and received an A
I also took a 300 level marine (limnology with lab) and an A-

I also had a low level, 100 level bio with lab where I got an A

the only other bio with labs that I took is upper level, I received B+


I will stick with the 200 for one slot but what should I do about the other? Any help appreciated. THanks
