question about drug interactions....

I just had a quick question and was hoping that maybe one of you could answer my question. I take albuterol for excersise induced asthma, and I was considering taking a diet pill that contains ephedra. I was wondering are there any harmful drug interactions associated with those two. Thank you

Not to comment on any interactions, but I thought that the FDA had banned ephedra? (I tried one of my sister's diet pills with ephedra once - I felt like I had just drank 5 cups of coffee and I couldn't stop twitching - not a pleasant experience).

I believe its back on the market and can be sold to anyone who is over 18. Yes there will be an interaction.

Where did you hear that it was coming back on the market? I'm surprised that it would be allowed again after all of the problems associated with it.
