Ahoy, everyone! My entire application is complete (with the exception of 1 more LOR that I need), but my transcript is not in yet.

I sent out my transcript last week on 6/4/15 via express mail, tracked it, and it arrived in Watertown, MA on 6/5/15. Do I have to wait until my transcript is in, or am I good to go? Thanks in advance!
