Question about Emory interview and Holiday closing

this past friday (12/15) afternoon, i got an invitation from emory for an interview. they asked for an email response to confirm the date. problem is, i waited until 12/16 to respond because i wanted to check on flights but the office is closed from 12/16 to 1/2 for the holidays and so my mail got a "we are out of the office until 1/2" auto-reply.

my question is, does anyone know alternate contact info for the school so that i can get my date confirmed and book my flight? is any one else in the same boat? what have you done?

Well, the sheet we received at interviews said that they were supposed to be having a meeting this week, so they might still be in the office.😳

same situation OP. and i even replied that day at 3:00 pm. i guess i'll call them too

hmmm called em earlier today, and got bumped to voice mail where i was once again told the office is closed till 1/2. i guess that makes sense because all the contact info i got in the invitation was for the same person, june eddingfield. oh well, if they are all out of the office, they can't be making any more interview invites, and my spot should be safe...

unless they really are meeting for admissions purposes as someone else noted....

keep us posted on any alternate means you used to get your date confirmed.

I think they may have met early, because my acceptance letter was dated 12/15.
