I am working on putting my coursework into the pharmcas application. When entering my grades, I am converting my numerical grade to a letter grade. On the back of my transcript, it has the conversion table, but it is slightly different than the one on pharmcas. Sometimes, it has been more beneficial to use the one on the transcript (it has given me a higher letter grade) rather than the one pharmcas provides. Sometimes pharmcas converts it to a higher grade in other situations. I want to get the best possible grade, but I also want to be consistent (and correct!). Should I use the conversion on the transcript or the one that pharmcas provides?

PharmCAS's FAQ says that you should use your school's conversion table first. PharmCAS's conversion table is only used if your school didn't provide a numerical conversion table.
