Do we have to resubmit USMLE/MSPE/Med school transcripts or do they stay there from residency application? I tried calling but did not get a straight answer. Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this question.

You have to ask for the MSPE and medical school academic transcript to be uploaded via EFDO Medical Institution Document Upload Service (MIDUS). You also have to re-submit USMLEs and pay for it again.
