Do programs send out interview invitations with incomplete applications? Like for instance if all of the LORS or the dean's letter isn't in yet, will they send out invites? Thanks!

Yes. BI sent me an interview invite within 24 hours of me submitting my ERAS...positive control 🙂

I got over half of my invites before the Deans letter. Some programs wait for it though. As always, best advice is to apply early, because it can't hurt.

I submitted the first week of Oct and had all but 2 invites before the deans letter- I know some people who submitted even before all their letters were in- Apply ASAP-
