Question About foreign medical students at MTF

Does anyone know the policy or regulation that does not allow a foreign medical student to rotate at a MTF?

Does anyone know the policy or regulation that does not allow a foreign medical student to rotate at a MTF?

As long as there is a Memorandum of Understanding with the student's med school, they can do rotations at any MTF. Getting the MOU is the problem. Why would it be in the best interest (or any interest) of the MTF to have one?

Noted Sir. I guess the question is: What is there in writing that keeps the military from having the MOU? I've heard that unless the school is LCME accredited, the students cannot rotate at a MTF, but I don't know where to verify that.
