so i am a sophomore and my gpa is 3.25, my univ. doesn't do the A+ is 4.33 scale thing. The highest u can get is an A and that is 4.00 on gpa scale

but i heard that A+ is 4.33 and right now i have a couple of classes where i do have A+ s

my gpa is 3.25 and AADSAS Gpa is 3.32

which GPA do dental schools look at , my Univ. gpa or AADSAS Gpa ??

AADSAS GPA, they don't care about your University GPA. And yes, AADSAS does count A+ as 4.3, for schools that do +/- .

Wow. I had to look this up because I didn't believe it.

My school didn't even do letter grades. They just put 4.0 or 3.7 (or whatever) on the transcript instead of a letter. I didn't know other universities actually gave letter grades. And I didn't know you could get above a 4.0!

Yeah, it had really surprised me, because I had gotten a number of A+'s, and thought that they didn't really mean much, but they ended up really helping me overcome a few low grades.

Does this mean that C- will or will not fulfill the "C" requirement for prereqs? Thanks!

I have attended 3 different universities and 1 communit college.... not a single one had the "A+" business (I WISH to god they did, it woulda helped me boost my GPA faster)

But yeh, there are some schools out there that offer the 'A+' grade. And AADSAS consideres it 4.3. your very lucky to be attending a class with a professor who offers that grade

Seriously- my school offers +/- grades but NO A+. If they offer an A- they should offer an A+. It just makes sense.
