For those of you either interviewing or already accepted at Howard who have children in elementary or junior high (I realize this may limit the responses), how do you feel about the living situation in Washington DC? Is there any location to live that can provide a safe, conducive environment for one's children to grow and enjoy life? I've heard that it is unsafe in the city. Any and all replies will be welcomed.
