I'm applying to DO schools this cycle and for some of them (not all) I need credits for like 1 more behavioral science class. I already graduated from college last summer (2023) so I was planning on fulfilling this by taking a course at my community college this fall to fill that prerequisite. For context I already took a couple other prerequisite courses there while in high school, so its already one of the transcripts I've added to the aacomas. As far as I understand schools will accept this new behavioral science course before matriculation and I just have to mark it as "In progress", but I was wondering, am I going to have to resubmit my community college transcript at some point? And when I get my grade back months from now, how will the schools I'm applying to be notified about it?

You'll need to submit final official transcripts to your matriculating school anyway.
