As a college student that lives in an apartment in NYC for the past 2 yrs, but grew up with my hometown being in PA, how would I pick which state to put for in state residency for the next application cycle? Is it possible to put both, or can you only put one? Or, if I put only PA as in state, but I got into a NY school, is it possible to let them know of my NY residency and be able to get in state tuition? Thank you!
