question about interfolio

i was just wondering: how long does it take for interfolio to upload a recommendation into your account? My prof. emailed me this morning and said she uploaded her Rec, but it isnt in my acct. help!

I think it takes one-two days.

I don't mean to hijack this post, but I have a pressing question and because Interfolio is messing with their 'Help' features I don't know if I can do this. My advisor told me to make sure her rec was the first one schools see...is there a way to do that on the Interfolio documents page? Like, move it to the top or designate it as special or something?

Sorry if this is a really dumb question...it's just bothering me as I should get my last letter in soon and I don't want to spend half the day fooling around with this silly site.

Yes, when you click send they take you too another page where you can select the order of the LORs. However, I don't think the order matters, I mean they are sent one right behind the other.

If it is an electronic upload it should show up immediately. My prof uploaded it and emailed me. I check 3 hrs. later and It was up. Wait a day or two and then contact the prof if it still isn't up.
