Question about Interviews

I have an interview for later this August but I've had a family trip planned before I got the Interview. I did not expect to have interviews so early.

My question is, is there any disadvantage to rescheduling and interviewing at a later date? This is a high priority school for me so keeping my chances for acceptance to this school is very important to me.

as long as it's pre-december, it really shouldn't make much of a difference.

Wouldn't rolling admissions make it advantageous to interview at earlier dates?

The earliest acceptance notification is December 1st. After that date, then it's rolling admissions.

Really? Wouldn't it be rolling admission prior to that too? Since there are multiple interview days prior to December?
