Question about interviews

Hey there everyone.
I just recently had an interview and at the interview they told me that I did "very well" and that they looked forward to meeting me because of my personal statement. In your experience, if your interviewers respond well to you and your interview, did you end up having good results?

I've had two interviews where something along those lines was said. One resulted in an acceptance, one was a waitlist. Damn OHSU. Damn them.

i had 2 VERY positive interview experiences...and got 2 waitlists!
so i'm not a believer, but maybe i'll get off the lists.
