I graduated a few years ago, and now I'm working full time. It's difficult to get time off, but easier at my current job since I get a lot of vacation time. I am looking to make a change in jobs pretty soon, and am not sure how the next job is going to be able to handle time-off.

Are dental school interviews usually during the week, or over a weekend? If during the week, approximately how many days?

Depends on the school. Some on weekends (most likely Saturday), some are Fridays, and some are the weekdays. As you can see, there really is no set time of the week schools interview. However, they normally give you a few dates to choose from (especially if it's early, e.g. before December 1st) and interviews generally only last half a day (but you will need to give it at least a whole day for travels, etc. maybe even two)

I can only speak from personal experience, but 9 out of the 10 interviews I had were Mon-Fri, and only 1 was on Saturday.

The 6 I was invited for were on Monday-Friday.
