Hi there, here's what you get when you enroll in Kaplan's Classroom Course (or their online course):
- Review Notes Online
- All the notes online so you don't have to lug around the books; you can even create custom lectures so that you can splice together all the topics you want to repeat into one custom lecture
- Online Workshops & Quizzes
- These are NOT repetitive of material in the Review Notes or material reviewed in the online lessons
- Lessons-on-Demand
- Each classroom session; slides & audio
- Personal comment: if you opt for the classroom course, don't be shy about snooping around to find the best instructor. Some centers have great instructors across the board, but others only have one or two really great instructors and then a few that are merely "ok". The quality of the instructor can make a large difference in the quality of the classroom experience.
- All Kaplan Tests
- Topical Tests (short, challenging)
- PS/BS/VR Section Tests (sectional exams)
- Science Subject Tests (non MCAT questions designed to test your content comprehension)
- 11 Full Length Tests
- MCAT QBank (another 1000+ questions)
- All AAMC Practice Tests (AAMC 3 through AAMC 10)
- Kaplan has also written up their own explanations to these exams b/c the AAMC's explanations to the science questions are brief.
- Kaplan Smart Reports
- This is a new feature that allows you to track your development. It allows you to generate any custom report. For example, if you want to know how you scored on all "circuits" related questions over any custom time period you can get that report. Or, maybe you want to track your performance on humanities passages versus that of social sciences. Or, how are you performing on organic chemistry?
Phew! I think that's everything!
Let me know if you have any other questions.
