Question about listing Extracurriculars-HELP

Hey so if you've been a part of a student organization for 4 years, and you've held different officer positions, do you list each individually?
Same organization just different positions like- president, vice, etc

I had the same issue. I was part of a pre-health organization for 5 semesters and for 4 of those i held different leadership roles in very different areas. I put each position down seperatly for each semester.
