In the work/activities section of the AMCAS im planning to list both DJ/music production and helping many people go on a physical training program on campus since freshman year. So, what should i do about the contact info.

the question is too specific and not answered really in the sticky. What do you guys think of putting someone i helped for the workout thing (maybe a friend). and putting myself for the music thing. it just sounds off for some reason though. But i feel like i helped so many people that i should get some credit

I think CodeBlu meant you should have posted your question in the Work and Activities thread linked to in the applicant sticky. That having been said, while everyone has their specific situations, you can get a sense of what might be recommended for your own situation. To make a blunt analogy, it's like the reading comprehension questions where you're asked how the author might feel about some other topic based on what you've read in the passage.
Based on what I've read in the Work and Activities thread, it would be preferred to list a third party that can confirm your participation in these activities, resorting to perhaps a peer, then a parent, and only in extremely rare situations, if you honestly cannot list anyone else who can say "yes, DVS did this," do you list yourself. You ought to be able to find someone you DJ'd for that you can list. Your idea for the workout contact seems acceptable.
