I am waiting to see how the ADEA AADSAS calculates my GPA and it says that it may take up to 4-6 weeks upon the completion of my application. They have received my committee letter but I am still waiting on another LOE. Is my application considered incomplete until they receive this other LOE? Or do they not matter until the secondary applications?

Thank you!

GPa calculation will usually take much less than they advertise. Mine and handful of others' took only 3~4 days, so you can probably count on it.
You can go ahead and submit it if you are only missing 1 LOE, as it will be sent automatically to schools once it comes in.

Some schools might even consider giving you an interview without that 1 LOE, so it'd be better to submit it now than to wait for it to be complete, as it is pretty late in the cycle and time is of essence more than it was 2~3 months ago.

It was kind of weird, nearly a month after having everything submitted, LECOM e-mailed me that I still needed a letter of recommendation that was from a "second core science professor." My four letters on AADSAS were one science professor (classroom setting), both chair and vice-chair of my internship's lab (technically science professors), and my dentist. However, I already had another one of my science professors write a letter for me just in case I ever had this kind of situation occur, and within 30 min of LECOM's notification I had my professor e-mail LECOM the letter on my behalf.

Four days after, I got my interview invite from LECOM and I was ecstatic. I wonder if LECOM couldn't make the decision on my application until it officially met their requirements?

Were these Labs outside your school? I got my research mentor to write me a LOE and was wondering if that doesn't count as a LOE for LECOM. My mentor is a prof at the School of Pharmacy at my school.

that is sweet! And hats off to your professor for looking out for you like that. My professors weren't like that at all.
I also got that missing science letter from LECOM as well so I had to have my professor edit the letter so it fulfills the requirement.

I don't know if they received the letter or not, but AADSAS still says waiting for additional material for LECOM.

It's pretty iffy. Some schools may be pretty lax about which satisfies the science letter, some may be not.
I got an interview from NOVA despite not having non-science LOR in addition to 2 science LOR I submitted.
