Question about LOR's and Matching Form's

All of my LOR's are on Interfolio and I want to send them over to AADSAS. It says I also need to upload my matching forms to Interfolio. My question is do I have to print them, sign them, and scam them or can I simply download them and just upload them? I am getting two different answers and would like to know what to do.

I filled them out and then scanned them into the computer. Then I uploaded them to Interfolio. I'm assuming they want all the information on the matching form filled out to match them properly.
