question about LORs

I have had 2 professors and my college coach write letters of recommendation for me. I was planning on getting a family friend dentist (i also shadowed him) to write one specifically for a school that he attended.

My question is whether I should use that letter by the dentist for all the schools or should I stick to my plan? Are letters by dentists better than professors or coaches?
