Almost every school does LORs online. So all you need is to ask them to write you a rec and then enter their info into the VMCAS system. They get an e-mail and you are no longer the middle-man

eLORs are submitted through the VMCAS system. If you aren't already signed up for an account, you can make a login/password and check out how they do them. Basically, you just sign your writer up and include their information and the system sends it to them electronically.

Most schools don't want paper letters and require your letters be submitted through VMCAS.
