Question about matching categorical vs prelim

I am a 4th year osteopathic student who is applying for gas this year. I am also in one of the 5 states which has the osteopathic internship year requirement. I have interviewed at 2 categorical and 2 3+1 programs. I want to rank all 4 programs but i dont want to scramble. Is there anyway to do this without first matching a d.o. prelim year and then being removed from consideration from the categorical programs? If I do scramble are there osteopathic intern spots available?

With only 4 interviews I would definitely rank all of them and forgo the Osteocrapic match. There are plenty of spots left over well past the allopathic match to pick up. How's LECOM...thinking about that place still gives me the creeps.
