Several universities want pre-med students to complete 2 terms of math and 2 terms of physics. I took one term of physics, and an astronomy course which had labs. I also took one math and will be taking a statistics course. Would those suffice to complete the requirements?

Math you should be fine with for most schools. Physics might be a problem at certain schools though. More importantly, depending on how your school splits it up, there may be a lot of material in physics 2 that you need for the MCAT.

An Astronomy class is unlikely to prepare you to do well on the MCAT. Take Physics II regardless of whether schools you plan to target explicitly require it.
