First, I'm couple's matching. I was thinking ahead to the 16th and wondered about something... on my ROL, #15-#18 are last-ditch "9999999" for me and actual program matches for my SO. We figured it would be better for only one of us to have to scramble if absolutely necessary.

So, if we "match" at #15 on our list, will the NRMP website show me as "matched" or "unmatched"?

I'd think you would be "unmatched," so you can at least scramble next Tuesday.

Yes, If you drop to 15-18, you will get an "unmatched" message and your SO will get a "matched" message. On the plus side, you get to find out where your SO matched (before they do), so as to aid you in the scramble.
