Impossible to do. The scores are figured on a curve with each exam. You could get 40 out of 100 right and get a 99 score, or 70 out of 100 and get a 88 score. Its impossible to know without knowing what curve was used for that particular exam.
use the old exams to study for the boards. The questions usually tell you which areas the designers of the test considered important. You can go back to your class notes and review those parts you do not remember. Oh,ya, you may get lucky and see the same exact question or with some minor difference.

Thanks for the info guys! 🙂
MsPurtell, glad to see that I'm not the only one around here studying up already.
Are you taking them on July 12, or are you leaning towards the computerized Boards?

GavinC,
Right now I have no clue. I'm just going through the decks.
If you take the computerized version, is it on a different date than July 12th? I'm not even clear yet on how to sign up. What's your plan?

The computerized version is available just like the DAT--basically any day you want, with the exception of certain holidays.
Literally, you could take it in March if you wanted, or August, or whenever.
The ADA told me that registration for it would be available online (at the ADA.org website) sometime this week. More than that I don't know.
I'm leaning towards taking it on computer (if my Dean will allow it), simply because I'll have a couple more weeks to study for it.
But the BEST reason to take the computerized version is that you get your scores in 2-3 weeks. The paper version (on July 12) takers will get their scores in 6-8 weeks.
