Question about nbme practice

Quick question, after finishing a practice nbme from mynbme, they make it annoying to review questions.

If I go through ONE of the labeled content sections, will that cover all of the questions in the exam?

To specify on the review page sections are broken into 1) physician task 2) discipline and 3) system.
If I go through all of the sections labeled with "discipline" will that cover all of the questions in the exam? meaning I won't have to click through physician task and system?
