question about NIH

Frieda has NIH listed as having an AP/CP program. but when i go to the website it only says AP. then a freind mentioned that she thought they had a way where you can work with a nearby hospital to be eligible to sit for the CP boards. does anyone know anything about this?
also, how does the loane repayment program work?
