My current MCAT is a 519, but I took it in June 2020. Due to several reasons, including overall relative weakness of the rest of my application, I won't be applying until next cycle. I've found several schools that would accept that score for that cycle (4 years before matriculation or 3 years before application) but is it advisable that I just retake it anyway? Will even those schools that nominally accept such an old score look unfavorably on me for having delayed for so long?
