Question about orders after the case ends

I was doing a practice case from the NBME Fred software. It was the aortic dissection case. After confirming the aortic dissection with the CT-angio results, I scheduled a dissection repair, put in pre-op orders (PT/INR, PTT, blood type and cross, antibiotics). The case however ends immediately after I do this. So now on the end screen, do I leave those orders in? I'm just confused on when to cancel and not to cancel orders at the ends of cases. I know the final diagnosis does not count for scores, but what these final screen orders?
