Question About Partial Boards Part I Failure

Hi,

I need the help of experienced SNDers who know or have personally experienced failing one section of Boards Part I. I did. I got 74 in one question. I did mid-high 80s in the other sections.

I know I can just retake the one failed section but how will my new grade in that section be calculated?

Will it be my most recent score in that repeated test subject? Or will they take the average of my current 74 with the new repeated score? Or something else?

Can someone or some people with this experience please tell me what happens in the above scenarios?

I would really appreciate it!
