By looking at an equation like BaCO3 (s) + HCl (aq) -> ?, I know the products for this particular equation are BaCl2 + H2CO3 but I don't know if they are solids, gas, or liquid. I tried using the solubility rules that we have to memorize, but these rules only tell us what 'insoluble' which will be an indicator of a solid but if it's 'soluble,' is can be either liquid, aqueous, or gas.
