Hello,
I am going into an interview soon and I want to make sure I am fully preparing by learning all about PPACA. I wanted to mention some cons and I was wondering if mentioning that I don't know how reimbursements for small companies will work is acceptable to say?

Not the answer you're looking for, but on all 4 interviews I went on, only in one of them was the Affordable Care Act even brought up. It was in a group interview and it wasn't even part of the question, but we all ended up pitching in a little bit on it. I'm not saying you should not prepare, but I don't think you should stress too much about knowing everything there is to know about it. State your opinions and back them with information you know, be clear and concise, and you'll be fine.

A con I would say is the individual mandate. Rising deductibles for some. A pro is increased coverage.

Sorry I shouldn't have called it a con, what I meant was that I'm not really sure how reimbursements are going to work and I am worried that there will be a lot of confusion.
