Hey guys, just wanted to ask, do dental schools even consider WHERE you studied as an undergrad? I'm trying to find out whether it's better to go to a school with a lot of grade inflation and come out w/ a higher GPA or go to a more challenging school and graduate with a slightly lower GPA. I know that probably the more challenging school will prepare you for the rigors of D-School.

Also, I would like to hear some suggestions for good d-schools and if UMICH dental school grants state-residency after 1 yr.

Thank you soo much!🙂

Go for the grade booster, GPA is really important as some of us are finding out.

Which schools "inflate" grades? Is that another word for curve?

I'm at my local 4-year uni. currently -- is this the wrong place to be for this?
