Question about Pre-reqs for schools

I put anatomy as one of my "planned" courses for next semester to fulfill a pre-requisite for one of the schools I am applying to. If I commit to a different school do I still have to take anatomy or can I change my schedule?

I would call the school to make sure but it shouldn't be a problem.
