Doubtful. It all depends on what you do to improve your stats. If they low when you are waitlisted and they are still low the next year...guess what, waitlist again. If you improve MCAT/GPA, I am sure that having applied before would at least demonstrate your commitment to the field of medicine.
hopefully all the pieces of your application is together for reapplication so you could apply on day 1 when AACOMAS opens. This increases your chance of acceptance.
