Question about recurring secondary prompt

Most schools are asking a question to briefly describe your activities for the upcoming year. I want to continue working at my current job (clinical research) that I have already been working at for a year so that is listed on my AMCAS primary app already. Is it redundant to list this activity again? Also, I want to travel in the next year but haven't booked any tickets yet, is it wise to include future plans that have not yet been initiated yet? (including volunteering, ect)

Describe everything you plan to do in the next 12 months. IDK what could be confusing about that.
