I plan to register in another state but physically take my step 3 in Ohio. I am doing this because I have not been in residency the requisite 9 months to register in the state of Ohio.
I know I need to fill out/notarize the Certification of Identity form that the state of Connecticut requires, but do I need to present the Certification of Postgraduate Training form that Ohio requires? My inclination is no, but a friend of mine who did this same thing mentioned that she had to. Doesn't make a lot of sense if I am going to get certified by Connecticut to sit for the test. What do you guys think?
Thanks in advance.
