Question about reporting a "major"

I attended a few different undergrad institutions. For one of the colleges, I listed "no major" on AMCAS as I didn't think that I declared a major. However, as I was sending my transcript to the medical school I'll be matriculating to, I noticed that my transcript says, "Undeclared - Biology." Will this be an issue, and do I need to do anything, such as contact my school, or is the transcript consistent with what I reported on AMCAS?

I apologize if this is super-neurotic - I was just a little confused.
