Question about Secondaries

I've started pre-writing secondaries based on last year's prompts and I came across a school that asks for your most meaningful experience while working or volunteering at a hospital.

When I'm writing this, what's the protocol considering the name of the surgeon under whom I was shadowing? Do I strictly NOT mention his name and just refer to him as "the surgeon"?

You can fictionalize the name and say, ". . . who I'll call Dr B. Smith, . . ." .

Or just say you shadowed a surgeon. No need to make up a name. Really, the name is kind of meaningless if its the experience you're highlighting.
